  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS after your order is placed.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We deliver across India using reliable and trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Courier delays
  • Your exact location
  • Weather/transportation issues

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and product weight/size.

Some products may come with Free Shipping, which will be mentioned on the product page.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID
  • Courier partner name
  • Tracking link

You can track your shipment anytime until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
  • If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us.

Please ensure that:

  • Your address details are complete
  • Your phone number is reachable at the time of delivery

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered, please:

  • Do not accept the delivery
  • Take photos/videos of the package
  • Contact us immediately

We will replace the product or resolve the issue at the earliest.

7. Wrong or Incomplete Address
Ziilli is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect delivery address
  • Missing landmarks
  • Wrong contact number

The customer will bear shipping charges for re-shipment in such cases.

8. Delivery Restrictions
Certain PIN codes may not be serviceable due to courier limitations.
In such cases, our team will contact you to offer:

  • Alternative delivery options
  • Cancellation with a full refund

9. International Shipping
At the moment, Ziilli ships only within India.
International shipping will be announced in future updates.
