Step 4: Replacement / Refund
After inspection:

4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued if:

  • The product is returned and passes inspection
  • The product is out of stock and replacement cannot be provided
  • The order is cancelled before shipping

Refund Processing Time:

  • 3–7 business days for prepaid orders
  • Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used during purchase

5. Cancellation Policy
